Easily move or clone cases
Easily move or clone data from an existing Case to a newly created Case. Choose which Case Comments, Emails, Attachments, Case Team Members, etc are copied to the new Case. Case Split supports standard objects and your custom objects.
Keep cases to a single issue
It's good practice to keep Cases to a single topic or issue. With Case Split, if a customer replies to an existing Case, you can easily split the response to create a new Case.
Choose what's copied

Delete the originals
You can configure Case Split to delete the originals from the original Case after copying over to a new Case.
More accurate reporting
You'll have more accurate reporting when using Case Split because each topic or issue will be assigned to its own unique Case. This is especially useful if you are monitoring accounts with Entitlements.
Helps organizes cases
Case Split allows authorized users to "Split" or partition Cases when the conversation leads down a tangent worthy of its own case. After splitting, users will have two workable Cases, each with their own credentials and options.
