Timeline Settings/Features

Aside from configurations which can be set when adding Timeline to the Case Page Layout, there are several additional settings which can be configured in Setup.

Field Tracking
  • When updates occur on enabled fields, these changes will be tracked and displayed within Timeline.

Case Split Integration
  • Users with licenses for Case Split can split to a new or existing case directly from a case comment in the Timeline component.

Signature Slayer Integration
  • Users with licenses for Signature Slayer can slay images directly from the Timeline component.
